Returning or Exchanging an Item {Get the Info.}

What is your return and exchange policy?


IMPORTANT: All requests for an RA# are answered via email with simple instructions to ensure your item(s) is returned successfully and efficiently. Please submit your request for an RA# by sending an email to cs@beforetheidos.com.  Please allow up to 48 business hours to receive your RA# and Return Instructions once you have submitted your request.

Any returned item(s) without an RA# number will not be valid or accepted.

WITHOUT A VALID RA#, a refund or exchange may not be issued or will be subject to a 50% restocking fee {of the cost of the merchandise}. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Before the I Do's guarantees your complete satisfaction with every product we sell and every purchase you make. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days from the date of purchase {the date in which the order was placed}. We will promptly issue a no-hassle refund or a replacement once we receive your returned items. Important: We do not refund shipping and handling charges. Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed once it is received at our facility.

The following items may not be returned under any circumstance {with the exception of being damaged upon arrival}:

 

  • Clearance, final sale items or partial product returns (i.e. favors)
  • Personalized/custom designed or edible/perishable items or favors
  • Wedding cameras, diamond confetti or decorative pearls
  • Headpiece, veil, hair or jewelry accessories
  • Battery operated items (i.e. battery packs)
  • Apparel, hats, swimwear or undergarment items
  • Engraved or embroidered items
  • Dyed/decorated shoes


All returns abiding by our guidelines must be received BEFORE your wedding/event date. All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and in new/unused condition. Any merchandise returns received not in its original packaging will not be accepted and will not be refunded. Partial returns are not accepted. If an error was made on our behalf regarding your order, please contact us immediately. We can then replace the items that we erroneously processed on your order.

Dyed, decorated and clearance shoes are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. For those shoes, which may be returned, they must be in perfect condition with no signs of being worn. All returned shoes must be received in their original packaging. All returnable shoes are subject to a 20% restocking fee {provided they are returned before your event date}. All returnable shoes being exchanged for a different size are subject to a 10% restocking fee. For exchanges, new shipping charges will apply for any and all exchange orders.

For those orders, which are being returned in full or partial and/or have received Free Shipping, we will deduct the actual shipping fee(s) we had to incur to ship the product(s) to you. Orders, which are partially returned and fall below the original minimum dollar requirement for free shipping, will be deducted the shipping fee(s) we had to incur to ship the product(s) to you. For those orders, which have received a promotional dollar discount and are being returned, the promotional discount will be voided as necessary if the order falls below the minimum dollar requirement after the return. Orders being partially returned are not eligible for a retroactive promotional discount.

Before the I Do's will not be held responsible for any damages incurred during the return shipping process. The customer is responsible for their returned packages until our warehouse receives them. A refund credit will not be authorized if the returned merchandise has been damaged through shipment back to our warehouse. All returned and exchanged items are subject to final inspection in order to qualify for a full or partial credit refund.

For exchanges, new shipping charges will apply for any and all exchange orders. Any orders, which are refused by the recipient {the customer} will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
