"I ordered 3 letters as my wedding cake toppers from Before the I Do's. I shopped around quite a bit online and Before the I Do's was by far the cheapest for monogram letter cake toppers (By at least $5-10 per letter). Before ordering, I contacted the company by email to get the dimensions of the letters because my top tier of my cake has limited surface area. They emailed me right back. I was told that they'd have the guys in the warehouse measure it for me and get back to me. They wrote back almost immediately. The person I emailed even offered great advice about the cake toppers and my cake. I ordered one large letter and two smaller letters. They shipped almost right away. However, one letter arrived broken. I emailed them, explaining what happened. They emailed back and said that it was inspected before being shipped out so it had to have been broken in transit. That didn't surprise me because my mother said she heard something being thrown down and when I got home! I found my box on the concrete at my back door. It came in regular postal mail and I do believe it broke when the mail carrier tossed it out at our door. Anyways, Before the I Do's took care of EVERYTHING dealing with the postal service. I didn't have to contact the post office about anything!! They kept me very up to date about a replacement, which of course I was not responsible for financially. THEY ARE AWESOME. AMAZINGLY NICE PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH! CUSTOMER SERVICE WONDERFUL! TRY TO ORDER FROM THEM AS YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!! GREAT GREAT GREAT COMPANY!"
