Order Processing Timeline:


Processing/Production Time referred to as "in-house processing" varies by product. It is the time from when the order is placed until it leaves our facility. Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Shipping/Transit Time varies by the chosen method during checkout. It is the time from when the order leaves our facility to when it is delivered to your address.

*Due to the weight of some of our products (glass wedding favors, vases, etc.), orders for those items may be considered a "heavy/overweight" shipment. Depending on the quantity of heavyweight products ordered, your shipping fee may be greater than our flat-rate shipping fee as noted in the chart above. Should your actual shipping fee be greater than our standard flat-rate fee, we will contact you via email before proceeding with the processing of your order. You may then approve the shipping rate based on your discretion.

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico Standard Ground Shipping Rates:
Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico have a flat-rate ground shipping fee of $25.95. Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are noteligible to receive Free Standard Ground shipping. 

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico 3 Day Air and 2 Day Air Shipping Rates:
Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be charged the actual calculated rate by UPS/FedEx for this expedited shipping method. All Air shipping rates will be manually calculated after the checkout process.

My tracking number shows delivery to my address, but I cannot find my order. What can I do?

We cannot be held liable for any package(s), which are lost, stolen or delayed in transit. Likewise, we cannot be held liable for any package(s), which are lost or stolen after delivery at your address.

In the event your package(s) is lost, stolen or delayed, we will assist you any way possible. However, package(s) showing delivery confirmed by our carrier's tracking system cannot be refunded if stolen or lost at your delivery address.


What about shipping chocolates, edible favors and candles in the summer months?

Glad you asked!

During the summer months when the temperatures are warmer, chocolates and edible favors may need to be shipped with a cold pack to prevent melting. If necessary, you will be charged for the additional cost of the cold pack. We will send you an email with the updated shipping and handling total before charging it to your preferred method of payment.

Please also note that many of our chocolates, edible favors and candles require expedited shipping in the warmer summer months. If you select a slower method of shipping for those favors requiring expedited shipping, we will be forced to update your shipping method as required by the manufacturer. If there is a difference in the shipping charges, we will email an updated invoice to you before adjusting the charges on your credit card.


What if my order is undeliverable or I provide an incorrect delivery address?

If, for any reason, you refuse your package or fail to pick it up from UPS, FedEx or the United States Postal Service, you are completely responsible for the original shipping fee as well as for any associated fees assessed by the shipping carrier. (All packages refused by the receiver customer will be subject to a restocking fee as necessary.)

If you choose to have the package resent after you refused it, failed to pick it up or it was marked as undeliverable from the carrier, you are completely responsible for the shipping fee for us to re-send the order to you. You agree that this amount will be charged to your credit card.

If you move and choose not to inform us or if you have provided an incorrect delivery address, you agree to be charged the fee (starting at $11.00) that UPS, FedEx or the United States Postal Service charges us to process the address correction. You agree not to try to interrupt a shipment and have the shipping address rerouted for any reason. Upon doing so, you will be accountable for the redirection fee plus an extra fee of an additional $11.00.

If your order is being shipped internationally and is undeliverable according to your country's local shipping carrier, you will be responsible for the original shipping fee as well as any associated non-delivery fees.

Please be sure to provide an accurate ship to address to avoid additional fees, delayed delivery (and even a headache).


What if my order package is delayed en route to my delivery address?

Once an order has left our warehouse and is in the carrier's hands, we cannot be held liable for your package. Subsequently, we cannot be held liable if the customer chooses a shipping method that is not guaranteed, such as standard Ground shipping. To ensure quicker delivery, please choose a guaranteed shipping method, such as 2nd Day Air or contact us for Overnight shipping availability and rates.


Will I receive tracking information once my order ships?

You will immediately receive an order confirmation email as soon as you click on the "Place Order" button during the checkout process. (Just make sure you enter your email address correctly during checkout!) You will also receive an email containing the tracking information once your order has shipped. If your order is being shipped in different boxes, you may receive more than one email with tracking information.


Will the items in my order ship together or separately?

In order to provide a unique and large selection of wedding accessories and favors for our customers, some items within our store may ship separately. We may ship some of the items in our store directly to you from our manufacturer. As a result, your order may arrive in separate boxes. However, you will only be charged one shipping and handling fee as noted during checkout.
